This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services purchased from CIUSA Solutions LLC.
Personalized Credit Report Analysis & Advisory ($150)
This is a one-time, 30-minute video consultation. Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment at no charge if they notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund. Because this service is delivered entirely and completed during the scheduled session, once the session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.
Business Advisory Services and Personalized Financial Consulting
These services are offered on a custom, project or session basis. Pricing, delivery timeline, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be confirmed with the client in writing before payment is collected.
